The good news is that the one and only Holy God, has made us in His image to know him. However, we have sinned and broken our right relationship with Him. In his great love God became a man in Jesus, lived a perfect life, and died on the cross. Thus fulfilling the law that we could not fulfill and taking on Himself the punishment we deserve. He then rose again from the dead, showing that God accepted Christ’s sacrifice on our behalf. He now calls us to turn from our sins and to trust in Jesus alone for our forgiveness and He will send His Spirit to dwell within us, making us new creatures now and forever! Citizens of the kingdom of God! It’s God being transformed into our image that we might be transformed into His. Can you articulate what you believe?
